Valdaites limatus (Jaanusson, 1953) & Echinosphaerites. This trilobite was found in the Asery Level, Vilpovitsy quarry, St. Petersburg region, Russia. 

Dates to the Middle Ordovician Period. 

Size: Trilobite - 6.6 cm x 4.1 cm. 
Matrix: 13.3 cm x 7.7 cm x 3.2 cm
  
The hard calcite exoskeleton shows up nicely against the lighter limestone matrix. 

Please note that these Russian trilobites always have a small amount of restoration, this trilobite has approximately 4-5% restoration.
