Superb mass mortality plate of Eurypterids (Balteuypterus tetragonopthalmus). Showing parts of 6 individuals.

The fossil dates to the Upper Silurian, and is from Rootziküll, Oesel Island, Estonia.

The matrix is 11.5 x 8 cm & weighs 512 g. There is no restoration however, the matrix has been glued once.
