A section of jaw from a juvenile Majungasaurus from the Late Cretaceous (approx. 70-66 million years old), collected from the Maevarano formation, Mahajanga Province, Madagascar. This specimen features one natural worn tooth still in the socket which has a nearly straight distal end of the tooth ( a feature of Abelisaurid teeth).
